Jeff Cook
A lifelong horse enthusiast, Jeff recognized from an early age that horses are his home. Jeff is well known for his horse starting talent, as well as his dedication to Mustang development and advocacy. Often the first person to handle wild horses coming out of holding, Jeff offers an introduction to humans that fosters trust, confidence and safety to all horses under his training and care.

Justin Haefner
Justin’s passion for horsemanship, commitment to higher education and experience with diverse training styles make him a true asset to any horse-first based program. Specializing in young performance horse development and Working Equitation, Justin brings a wholistic and comprehensive approach to every horse he works with.

Michael Alway
With a background in Natural Horsemanship and eventing, Michael specializes in equine behavior modification as well as starting young horses of all disciplines. Having competed in both English and Western, Michael utilizes a multifaceted approach to offer individualized training to both horses and humans.

Olivia Lagoy-Weltz
A USDF bronze, silver and gold medalist, as well as a member of the USEF Elite Dressage squad, Olivia combines her experience in high performance competition with an interest in horsemanship principles- providing all horses and riders she meets with insightful based training.
